| Tackled Metro before heading Downtown with Letitia <3 It was super fun!! >A< I love being in crowds, just because of all the energy in the space~ All that walking, lining up, and shopping definitely paid off!
The damage:
Bought a new cotton shirt, mittens, hat, shower puff...and treated myself to a new pair of studs <3 I've wanted these studs for quite some time now... >A< teehee~ Bought the mittens and the hat just in time! The weather seems to be getting colder... starting to see frost on the ground at night! So YAY!

| It's been quite some time since I last posted! So the semester is finally over, it's been a great experience :) I really love that I can have my life back now!
In the month of November...I have made 4 purchases on Sasa... LOL And another one in the month of December XD
Without further ado...let me post some visuals! WOOT! I get so excited everytime I receive a package XD It's pretty self-explanatory that I did a LOT of package-opening, so I'll just slowly work my way through the goodies and post up my thoughts ^_^ Because I haven't really been active here, this post is going to be a little longer than usual >A<

So this product was recommended to me by Vicky! Boy am I glad that I decided to try it out! It's great for lazy people like myself LOL All you have to do is slap some on before you go to bed, and VOILA. Wake up with nice and soft skin! >A< Great for what I wanted it to do :) I just needed a moisturizing mask, and it did the trick!
Smell: I like it :)
Moisture: Great for me!
Cost: NOT bad at all. It was on sale when I bought it, buy one get one free, so I ended up paying about $8 for a jar! It'll last me for a while too!
Recommend?: YES definitely!

My strawberry one came in the mail ^_^ And I tried it tonight~ I gotta say....my skin feels softer >A<
Smell: Surprisingly not as nice as I had hoped...smelled a little like ginseng @_@ weird...
Moisture: Not bad, had just the right about of essence
Size: Fits well! ( like the ginseng one here)
After-effect: Again, not bad, same as the ginseng one :)

The shape of this mask cracked me up...quite literal LOL Didn't really notice too much of a difference after using it though, but it felt nice XD Excellent price for it too~
Smell: Alright, fresh
Moisture: Not bad
Size: Fits over the eye and eyebags
After-effect: Seemingly smaller eyebags the day after? Or it could've been that I slept a bit more that night @_@ lol

Hm...never tried a black mask before, hence why I bought it! ^_^
Smell: Okay
Moisture: Lots of essence in the bag
Size: A little large, but that's okay, I can fold it :)
After-effect: Quite moist? I used this before I applied makeup and went out >.< Made my face a little shiny, but nonetheless brighter
Overall: It's alright, not my favourite, but one of those, 'quick masks' that I'd use just to kick back and relax!

I wanted a lip balm that didn't have SPF...and I've been eyeing this one for the longest time LOL Good excuse to get it XD
It's really moist too, and smells really nice~ plus the container is super cute @_@

I have to say, that my shopping experience was awesome! I love the clothes sooo much, I'm looking forward to wearing them when I don't have to work ^O^
What I love about this seller is that she hunts for these great clothes herself, and manages the quality of everything >A<
Also...Mexy is super nice, and replies right away every time I message her~ I'm thinking to order from her store again~ I want that rompier...LOL The pajama set is toooo comfortable >A<

So I went Downtown this afternoon for lunch at Samba with my colleagues :) Food was excellent! I'd definitely love to go back again! After lunch...went for a Konbinya run with Helen and Helen! hehe

I was able to buy some of those super yummy shrimp crackers that I have ONLY seen at Konbinya >.< And guess what...MORE BISON BATH SALTS! LOL WOOT! Bought: honey milk, soda, and hot spice! Two new ones that I haven't tried before :) YAY! I just visited the Bison jp site...and apparently there's a NEW flavour...omigosh lol When are they ever going to sell this in Vancouver...

So I decided to use the Mook mask that I bought from sasa.com quite some time ago~ lol It's very inexpensive, only costs around $1.00 CAD ~ I tried the green one before...but I can't seem to remember how it felt... Anyhoo, the one I tried tonight was the "Red Ginseng" flavour.
Let me tell you one thing...upon ripping the package open...I could SMELL the ginseng right away @_@ Now...don't get me wrong...ginseng is really good for you, but it's just...not my favourite kind of smell...and having to put that on my face...gosh...wasn't as pleasant as I would've hoped.
Pardon my gay pose...I wanted to take the thing off so I didn't have to smell it T_T
 
Smell: Melissa no like (this is biased, because I don't like the smell of ginseng >w<)
Moisture: There seemed to be quite a bit of essence when I first opened the bag~ and I think I left it on my face for too long, but it was pretty good :)
Size: Fit well ^_^
After-effect: Not bad! Still waiting for it to absorb right now. My skin feels pretty smooth! It did what I bought it for though~ so it's okay ^_^
Cost: Good! $1.00 USD (roughly the same in CAD)

I couldn't resist the temptation of walking into Chapters ytd...and found myself paying for this "magazine" filled with architectural porn...
Flipping through it made me fall in love with this magazine all over again...
What was super cool, was that they talked about some lights and other industrial designs that I looked at...plus an installation by Ryo Matsui and Toshiba Lighting Design, called "Overture". It was made to allow the user to engage with their personal space. Supposedly, the lights are hung all over the ceiling and as the user approaches the light, it becomes brighter. I feel a sense of connecting the user to the light itself, going back to nature. Holding light in hand LOL (Mr. Tokujin Yoshioka - Teardrop!)
I really love how beautiful this installation is...as simple as it is.
